For food safety reasons, consider it a temporary goodbye to seafood, sushi & sashimi. Raw and undercooked meat, poultry and eggs may also contain bacteria that could harm your baby. So, wash your fruits and vegetables really well and avoid mayonnaise or salad dressing made with raw egg. Skip dairy products such as unpasteurized cheese and soft ice cream now. And stop drinking alcohol. Zero units of alcohol are considered safe during pregnancy.
