You may be feeling nauseous. Try not to skip breakfast, as even small amounts of food can help reduce nausea. Carbohydrate-rich foods digest quickly and are less likely to cause vomiting.

Also, consider splitting up your meals by adding small snacks mid-morning and afternoon to your three main meals. Finally, remember to drink enough water or herbal and fruit infusions to stay hydrated.
